The Space
Welcome to the La Vista Villa which features 3 bedrooms, with a total of 4 beds. There’s 2 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and outdoor gas grill. The private walled gardens offer guests a heated pool, spa and multiple outdoor lounging and dining areas with a large screen LCD and a game room with a card table and ping pong. The La Vista Villa is the perfect location for romantic retreats, or reunions with friends and family and is located within walking distance to the Indian Wells Tennis Center and is just a short drive to Old Town LaQuinta, Indo and the Polo Fields and is a fun base camp for Coachella fans. We also offer private chefs and pool side massages! (fees apply). The La Vista Villa is decorated with an eclectic mix of modern furniture and the kitchens are fully stocked with dinnerware and utensils.

Guest Access
Guests will have complete access to all living areas of the house, both yards, pool and spa areas.

If you have any questions, or just want ideas for things to do while visiting the desert (restaurants, golf, tennis, biking, architecture, shopping, Salton Sea, helicopter or winery tours, photo safaris, etc.) please feel free to contact us as we can provide both general and ‘off the beaten path’ suggestions.

We also manage several other 5 star rated properties with rates that range from $149 to $3000 per night and can arrange accommodation for larger groups or corporate retreats at a discount. We also have homes and cabins available in Joshua Tree that we offer at a discount to our guests in the event that you want to do an overnight excursion to the State Park or local Mountains.

Catering/Private Chefs
Catering and private chefs are available for $500 (for up to four hours) not including food costs.

Housekeeping
Our cleaning staff is professionally trained with extensive hotel experience. Daily maid service/laundry is available for an additional charge.

Helicopter Transportation and Tours
We also offer private Helicopter transportation (and Desert Tours) from Orange County to Palm Springs. Please contact us for more details and rates.

Massages
Pool side or in room Massages by a Certified Massage Therapist are available for $150 an hour or $200 for 1-1/2 hours.

Pool Heating/Cleaning
2 days’ notice is required for pool heating (85f/30c). The charge for this is $50 per day. Please note all of our pools are cleaned twice a week and most have robotic sweepers as well (you may remove the sweeper if equipped during your stay – at your discretion). If you would like daily pool cleaning this can be arranged with advanced notice at for $35 per day.

The Neighborhood
The neighborhood is well kept and quiet. Old town LaQuinta is about 5 minutes by car. Casinos and the El Paseo shopping district are 30. The massive Factory Outlet Mall is an easy 40-minute drive and Joshua Tree State Park is about a 60-minute drive and is worth the trip if you have never visited the park.

Getting Around
The nearest bus stop is about a 5-minute walk, the fare is $1. Taxis, Uber, Lyft, and car services are readily available. Shopping for essentials is nearby but may be beyond walking distance for most. Overall, a car would be best and both driveway and free street parking is available.

House Rules

Children
Children are 100% welcome but there are no pool or spa fences or pool alarms at any of our rentals so our properties may not be suitable for younger children/non-swimmers.

Decorations
Any party decorations or banners need to be hung with removable adhesive hooks or low tack painters tape. No thumbtacks, Scotch tape or holes in the walls or ceilings please.

Furniture
If for any reason you need to move furniture it is your responsibility to move it back to its original location prior to check out. Please do not place lounge chairs or furniture on any of the synthetic turf

Noise
Please do not create excessive noise or disturbances or engage in disorderly conduct. Consider how you would want your neighbors to behave in your own neighborhood. A little consideration goes a long way and we ask you to please observe the following City Noise Regulations for Vacation Rentals.

Amplified music is not allowed outside of the home. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside of the home).

Please, don’t bring big speakers outside – if your neighbors can hear music – you are in violation of the City Ordinance. Please keep voices and pool activities at a reasonable level. Night time hours are between 10pm and 10am. Please move indoors after 10pm. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of the neighbors and use indoor voices. Please remember our neighborhoods are quiet, surrounded by mountains and sound easily carries.

A call from the neighbors to the City will bring the Vacation Rental Compliance Officers to your door and the officers will issue you a citation if you exceed the allowed noise levels or if another violation is observed. So please, keep the noise down and be considerate neighbors.

Occupancy/Parties/Events
Maximum occupancy is indicated on this listing (two persons per room/bedroom). If you would like to invite more guests for parties, events or photo shoots pre-approved arrangements are required all requests for parties, events or photo shoots must include the total number of guests and be made in writing.

Parking
Only one vehicle per bedroom is allowed at any given time. Utilize driveway and/or garage when parking your vehicle before using street parking. And never block any driveway or street access.

Smoking
Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only, although vaping is ok indoors. All of our properties are Cannabis friendly but all smoking rules apply.
